where it all started...

I started making baby quilts and toys when I heard my sister was going to have her first baby, and I would become an aunt.

The first quilt I made was for baby Hazel, and owls were my inspiration. Since I didn't know whether she was going to be a boy or girl, I used colours from the nursery to base the quilt on.
